  • The POCO Pad C1 is on sale in the Philippines from Php 8,499 (early-bird; Php 8,999 regular) for the 4GB/64GB model, with a 6GB/128GB version at Php 9,999 on Shopee.
  • It’s a budget 9.7-inch tablet built around a 2K 120Hz LCD, a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2, and a 7,600mAh battery, running HyperOS 3 on Android 16.
  • Early-bird pricing runs until June 15 — after that the entry model is Php 8,999.

POCO put the Pad C1 on sale in the Philippines from Php 8,499, an early-bird price for the 4GB/64GB model that rises to Php 8,999 once the intro window closes on June 15. A 6GB/128GB version also sells for Php 9,999 (Php 10,999 regular) as a Shopee exclusive. Both are Wi-Fi-only tablets aimed at the bottom of the market.

The Pad C1 is essentially a rebadged Redmi Pad 2. It features a 9.7-inch 2K (2048×1280) LCD display at 120Hz and up to 600 nits brightness — a larger, sharper, faster-refreshing panel than most sub-Php 10k tablets carry. Inside is a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2, suited to streaming, browsing, and split-screen note-taking rather than serious gaming. The “4G” in the chip name isn’t cellular: the Pad C1 is Wi-Fi only, on Wi-Fi 5, with no SIM slot.

The 7,600mAh battery is paired with 18W wired charging, and the in-box brick is rated 15W. Storage starts at 64GB and takes a microSD card up to 2TB.

Spec POCO Pad C1
Display 9.7-inch 2K LCD, 120Hz
Chip Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2
RAM / storage 4–6GB / 64–128GB (microSD to 2TB)
Battery 7,600mAh, 18W wired
OS HyperOS 3 (Android 16)
Price (PH) From Php 8,499 (early-bird)

POCO positions the Pad C1 as a media-and-study tablet rather than a laptop replacement, with the high-def and high-res screen and large battery as its differentiators in the sub-Php 10k tablet category. The early-bird pricing on both configurations runs until June 15 only; after that the entry model lists at Php 8,999 and the 128GB version at Php 10,999.
