Is there a new “standard-sized” laptop in Acer‘s latest line-up? You bet. After announcing the monstrous new Predator Triton 700 and Predator Helios 300 series, as well as the flagship-level Acer Swift 3 Ultrabook, Acer announced another new model that’s more geared towards the mainstream laptop market. Dubbed the Acer Swift 1, it’s now the most affordable model out of Acer’s Swift series of Intel-powered Ultrabooks.

But make no mistake, the Acer Swift 1 has features that would give many regular notebooks in its size and price range a run for their money. For starters, the Swift 1 features a Full HD 13.3-inch display. It runs on either Intel Pentium or Celeron processors, comes with 4GB RAM, and offers either 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of SSD or eMMC storage.

The Swift 1 also includes ultra-fast 2×2 MIMO 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and even though it packs in everything it’s got into a 14.95mm thin package that weighs just 2.87 lbs, it can last up to 10 hours of use before needing a recharge. That’s great value for something that’s going to be priced only €399 or a little over around Php 21,000. Expect to see it in June in the following colors: Pure Silver, Luxury Gold, and Sakura Pink.
