A smartphone that’s dedicated mainly for live streaming. This is one of those things that has probably made some people go, “Why didn’t anyone think of that sooner?” Well, it’s here now, and from none other than Asus, no less. Dubbed the Zenfone Live, it’s the world’s first live streaming-dedicated handset, featuring a built-in app called BeautyLive, which gives it real-time beautification technology. We didn’t even know that was a thing.
It also has a combo of 2X Light sensitivity on the front camera and a Soft-light LED flash for clearer selfie shots and videos, and dual MEMS microphones for better sound and less noise. The Zenfone Live features a 5-inch HD screen, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, a 13MP rear f/2.0 camera, and a front-facing 5MP f/2.0 camera that’s deceptively effective thanks to its large sensor. For audio, it supports DTS Headphone: X and ICEpower speaker enhancements.
The Zenfone Live runs on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and uses Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Zen UI 3.0 as its default OS. It also comes with free 100GB Google Drive storage for 2 years, which is a surprise. It’s out now in the Philippines for Php 6,999. Available colors are Navy Black, Rose Pink, Shimmer Gold.SOURCE
